Orders are processed within 3–5 working days once payment reflects in our bank account. We carefully hand-pack each Bloom Box with love and attention before dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order has been collected by our courier.

Shipping rates.

Local collection.

Customers in Gqeberha / Port Elizabeth may select free collection at checkout. Collection details will be confirmed via WhatsApp once your order is ready. 💜

Discreet packaging.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging for complete discretion. The beautiful Bloom Box packaging is safely inside — ready to gift or store privately.
