What age is the Bloom Box suitable for?
Our boxes are designed for girls aged 9 and up — essentially any girl who is approaching or has recently started her period. The products and our Bloom Book are all age-appropriate, gentle and reassuring. Many moms order in advance so the box is ready and waiting before her first period arrives.
What's actually inside the box?
Each box is packed with a curated selection of period care essentials including organic pads, hygiene wipes, comfort items and our Bloom Book — a warm, honest guide written specifically for young girls. The exact contents vary by box tier. Visit each product page to see the full contents list.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes! Your order arrives in plain unbranded outer packaging. The beautiful Bloom packaging is on the inside — ready to gift or store privately. 💜
Can I customise my box?
Absolutely! Head to our accessories section to add items like a Mini Hot Water Bottle, Period Panty, Body Belt, Bed Protector or Mood Mate to any order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days once payment clears. We ship nationwide via Pudo/ The Courier Guy locker-to-locker/ door services. Customers in Gqeberha/ Port Elizabeth can choose free local collection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure card payments, instant EFT and all major payment methods through our secure checkout. EFT payments are also accepted — please use your order number as reference and email proof of payment to info@bloomboxsa.co.za.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If you receive something damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Is Bloom Box SA a South African business?
Yes! We're proudly based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), Eastern Cape. Every box is packed
locally and we ship to customers all over South Africa.
